Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • If you received a damaged product

  • If you received the wrong item

Requests must be made within 5 to 10 working days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

  • Return requests must be made within the valid timeframe

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products not matching the return criteria above

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped

  • If the order has already been dispatched, you may proceed with a return (if eligible)
